Not to mention what it does to your health….
I myself only found out the truth in 2012; I was not living healthy at all! Although I was under that assumption. Too much sport, not eating in a healthy way and too much stress …. All lifestyle factors that bring your body out of balance and eventually lead to obesity and various diseases. My low point was a Burn out.
Although at first I was convinced that as a doctor I could really help people to become healthier, I found out (too late) that western medicine is good at repairing acute damage, but apart from that it is only focused on fighting symptoms. Unfortunately with far too many chemicals, which have a lot of negative side effects. They cannot make people healthy again, let alone heal them. Sometimes you really need a doctor for a while, but taking chronic medication is really no solution.
Perhaps you also think that too much food and too little exercise are the only causes of obesity. If only that were true! In that case, everyone could easily lose weight and stay at a stable weight. By simply eating less than you consume and exercising enough. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way, if it did everyone would be slim.
By following various trainings, workshops, conventions and courses for years plus a lot of self-study, a new world opened up for me.
